Ingredients
- Two tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or alternative An additional 1/3 cup of honey
- One tablespoon of sesame oil
- One teaspoon of Sriracha
- Toasted sesame seeds, two tablespoons
- Two tablespoons of Braggs Liquid Amino Acids or Soy Sauce
- A half-tbsp of minced garlic
- One teaspoon of minced ginger
- 3 pounds of chicken drumsticks with roughly 10 legs
- One teaspoon each of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put the honey, brown sugar, sriracha, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger, and minced garlic in a big bowl.
- Season with a little salt and pepper after patting the drumsticks dry and putting them aside.
- Fill a large zip-top bag with the chicken drumsticks, then cover them with the honey sesame marinade. Once the bag is closed, rub it to make sure all of the chicken is covered.
- For at least half an hour, keep the chicken drumsticks in the marinade in the refrigerator. Give the chicken two to twelve hours to marinade for the best flavor and outcomes.
