1. Stuffing
- Three cups of finely chopped kale
- 200g of chopped button mushrooms in two cups
- Half a teaspoon of garlic salt
- One teaspoon of onion powder
- Black Pepper
- One tablespoon of ghee
- Two teaspoons of olive oil
2. Crispy Potatoes
- Three cubed russet potatoes
- Add pepper and salt.
- Two tablespoons of olive oil
3. Chicken
- Four chicken breasts
- 12–16 bacon slices, or roughly 3–4 per breast

- Adjust oven temperature to 400°F.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee and 2 tsp olive oil to a pan over medium-high heat and sauté the mushrooms until they start to brown.
- Next, combine the kale with the onion powder, black pepper, and garlic salt.
- Now, remove it from heat and let cool after sautéing the kale until it has wilted.
- Use a meat mallet to flatten the butterfly chicken.
- Put three to four bacon pieces on the prep station, then top with the flattened chicken.
- After that, put approximately three tablespoons of the kale filling in the center of the chicken.
- Make a lengthwise incision just over halfway through each chicken breast to fill the bird. However, avoid cutting through the chicken breast all the way to the opposite side.
