After overindulging this weekend, we wanted something fresh and light for dinner. Couple that with the fact that the temperature hit above 55 degrees outside, and grilling just felt right. Grilled shrimp, onion, and pineapple kabobs with a chili lime vinaigrette over greens hit the freaking spot.
