Blackened fish taco bowls found their way onto my plate in 15 minutes and into my heart forever. This one is going in the regular rotation!

Throw some thinly sliced some cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped tomatoes, and any veggies you want that could go into a fish taco. Jalapeño slices and pico de Gallo or mango salsa would be 💣. Toss the veggies in any dressing or crema you want. We used a green goddess dressing. Next time I’m totally making avocado crema or my famous smoky citrus sauce. Slice some avocado and cover that ish in tajinusa. Coat your fave fish in blackening seasoning and pan fry. It’s whatever you want honey, and totally customizable with toppings, kind of fish, and veggies. Put it all together and enjoy a quick, fresh, delish, balanced meal in no time!
