It’s truly amazing what having a good grill can do to make a difference; still loving my Ninja Foodie grill!! This was the most mouth-watering salmon I’ve ever had, grilled to perfection. Fresh salmon rubbed with olive oil, Caribbean jerk blend seasoning, and a little butter. Served over a small bed of jasmine rice and roasted zucchini & squash.
