I have recently been enjoying getting fresh fish from Whole Foods. Definitely notice a difference in how it cooks and the true flavor of just the fish. I have been craving salmon the most lately.

Ingredients:
2 Salmon fillets
1/2 Lemon, juiced
2-4 Sprigs of Thyme
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 TBSP Garlic, minced
Black Pepper & Kosher Salt to taste
Roasted Red Potatoes & Asparagus with spice blend

Directions:
1. Heat grill to temperature and mix all ingredients together to spread over each salmon fillet. I put a little lemon juice on salmon before putting other ingredients on, then once all ingredients are on salmon, give it one last squeeze of lemon on top.
2. Place on grill and cook to temperature. Typically about 7-10 minutes.
3. Roast red potatoes & asparagus with avocado oil and spice blend on top.
4. Perfect summer meal ready in less than 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
