Well you may have noticed I haven’t posted here in a while! After the holidays, I just have lacked motivation to cook meals and kinda was bored of my typical meals I have been making. I usually at least try 1 new recipe a week, but just had no energy to look for ideas, shop, & actually cook the meal.

I have heard so much about meal deliveries & it’s like my mind was read when I started seeing so many Hello Fresh ads 😂

Took the leap and signed up for my first delivery & made my first meal last night! This one did not disappoint one bit and instantly brought back my excitement for a good home cooked meal…that was SUPER easy to make!

I am such a big fan of having 3 meals delivered to my door for the season of life I’m in right now!
