Greek Chicken Street Tacos with Tzatziki and Hummus

Ingredients:

  • Half a pound of chicken breast
  • Twice as much Greek spice blend
  • Divided 2 tsp olive oil
  • Six tortillas made with flour
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • One-third cup mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • 1/4 cup of diced cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill weed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion,
  • 1 diced avocado
  • One-fourth cup tzatkiki

Instructions: How to make Greek Chicken Street Tacos

  1. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces, then toss it with a Greek spice blend and place it in a big skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Simmer for 6–7 minutes over medium heat, or until well cooked.
  3. Set oven broiler to high.
  4. Chop the avocado, tomato, onion, and cucumber. Put aside.
  5. Heat the remaining olive oil in a small fry pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the tortillas for one minute on each side until crispy. On a baking sheet, arrange them.
  6. Place a generous amount of hummus in the middle of each tortilla.
  7. Add the chicken, mozzarella, and olives on top. Divide the cheese evenly among the flour tortillas.
  8. For two to three minutes on high, broil the cheese until it melts and turns brown.
  9. Add a dollop of tzatkiki, feta, chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and avocado on top, and adjust the toppings to taste.
  10. Add some fresh dill as a garnish for more color.
