Butternut Squash Curry
First time trying this recipe. It is for slow cookers but I adapted it to the instant pot. Kept everything the same, just pressure cooked for 4 min and then immediately released.
I added red pepper flakes and a little salt at the end.
Who knew I could like a vegan recipe?! And a super cheap meal! It says for 4 people.. but maybe we are just hungry people because there are no leftovers lol
