What it looks like when my husband gets roped into helping with dinner.

I got in over my head with pot stickers/egg rolls and my husband had to bail me out.

The filling is amazing! I just don’t know how to cook them. I boiled some.. those just fell apart and were worthless, I fried some in oil, pan fried in a lightly oiled pan, air fried others. Nearly all burnt a little due to negligence 😅

My husband’s favorite cooking methods were 1. Oil fried 2. Pan fried 3. Air fried

I like the oil fried most too, but the calories scare me.

The filling was: ginger, garlic, cilantro, mushrooms, green onions, white pepper, red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, and shrimp pulsed in a food processor. Mixed with ground pork and sweet soy. Made a tester one and then added more sweet soy, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and red pepper flakes.

Probably shouldn’t have done this on a Sunday night. Idk if we’ll be able to eat all these this week or freeze them
