Winter time means baked apples for me. One of my favourite snacks atm ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ best way to get rid of apples that are just a bit too ripe..
Have a lovely evening โœจ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿ’š
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 apples
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp non-diary yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp walnuts

Method:
1. Cut the apples in half and remove the middle part.
2. Mix 1 tbsp maple syrup and cinnamon and spread on the apples.
3. Bake at 180c/350f for 15 minutes.
4. Top each with 1 tbsp yogurt, 1/2 tsp maple and a couple of almonds.
5. Enjoy!๐ŸŒปโœจ
