When I use the smoker it’s an all day event. I figure make the most with it while it’s on.

Pork shoulder marinated and smoked in bulgogi sauce
Peppered ends and bacon pieces smoked and then placed in bulgogi sauce

Sets me up for easy meal preps this week. I’m working both my jobs tomorrow so I need to have things ready through Tuesdays lunch.
This week we’ll have a few meals out of it
1. Ribs, salad, and the orzo side
2. Udon noodles with pork and veggies
3. Rice with pork and veggies
4. Beet salads
I froze half of both bulgogi porks for quick meals in the future.
