Today, I learned a lesson… coconut cream and cream of coconut are NOT the same thing. Luckily I tasted before putting it in my dinner and ruining everything tonight. Instead, when life hands you cream of coconut instead of coconut cream, you make impromptu piña coladas with leftover pineapple. Just add 2ish cups of frozen pineapple, two big spoonfuls of creme de coco, two handfuls of ice cubes, and some healthy glugs of your liquor of choice. Blended in the vitamin until smooth. I used vodka, but it would also be amazing with belleisleshine honey habanero shine. Cheers!
