This week we’ll be having Thai shrimp chopped salads for lunches from furtherfood blog.
This has the best colors! The salad base is chopped kale, red cabbage, and shredded carrots. Add grilled shrimp, chopped mango, red pepper, cilantro, crushed cashews, and a wedge of fresh lime. It also includes a recipe for a yummy sesame vinaigrette. I topped mine with some black sesame seeds as well. Already looking forward to lunch tomorrow 🤤
