This is a really simple post, but I wanted to share a hack I learned recently. You can soft boil eggs and save them in the fridge, just rewarm them in some warm water. Mine were slightly over because I had too hard of a boil for the 6.5 minutes.
Perfect for toast, ramen, eggs Benedict, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Just makes life a little easier and peeling goes way smoother.
