The simplest local brekkie ever, but it sure did hit the spot. The eggs came straight from a sweet friend’s coop, and the yolks are so vibrant and perfectly runny! I topped it with a big spoonful of spicy farmers market salsa for a kick of flavor and some Washed it all down with some green ginger tea and a bit of local raw honey 🍳 🌶 🍵 🍯
