Tacos with chimichurri

The tortillas are those low calorie 25 cal/tortilla ones and I use that as my excuse to eat way too many.

I bought premarinated carne asada and just seared them in the castiron

Chimichurri is a bunch of cilantro, 1 juiced lime, a head of garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, red wine vinegar, and olive oil blended up.

I did that crispy cheese thing for my tortillas again and I just really like it lol
