Sushi roll in a bowl 🍣
Quick, easy, completely customizable, and delicious. You can use whatever fish, veggies, and sauces you like! I used cooked salmon, avocado, cucumber, spicy yum yum sauce, tamari, green onion, and black sesame. You could even try a rice substitution (miracle rice, palmini, cauliflower), but tonight my body wanted the real deal. And if I’m being completely honest, I also wanted to use my mini rice cooker bydash that I’m obsessed with.
