Sunbasket slays again ya’ll! Hawaiian tuna poke bowls for dinner. I always knew tuna steak was healthy, but I did NOT know that 1 serving has half a gram of fat and 35 grams of protein. Yes, you read that right. These bowls have brown rice, seared tuna, carrots, lemon marinated cucumbers, dried nori, and sesame seeds. And, because I’ve never ed a recipe exactly in my life, I just had to zhuzh up the rice a bit with some coconut aminos and TJs umami mushroom powder. I also added diced avocado and mango to the bowl, because I’m currently obsessed with that combination. I stretched the 2 portion meal into 3, so here is my dinner and some leftovers for the week.
