Sousvide steak with pan sauce and fries
Idk what kind of fries these are. I ordered sweet potatoes, but got these instead.
I tossed the fries in olive oil and old bay with a little salt. Air fried for 20ish minutes at 400F
The steak was sousvide at 125 for 70 minutes. Patted dry and seared in the cast iron in butter.
Pan sauce is from what remained in the castiron, white wine vinegar, a little water, and butter.
I had no idea what I was going to make when I got home from work and this all came together so easily. Most of it was set and forget so it gave me a lot of free time.
