Smoked tri tip, artichokes, corn, potatoes, and am experiment I tried… a whole onion!
I cooked the potatoes in the fat I trimmed from the tri tip and that turned out great!!
The artichokes were cut, rinsed in lemon water, and placed on a butter and garlic seasoned pan.
I cooked the corn in the husks to see if it makes getting the hair off easier, and it does!!
I wanted to make enough sides to go on tomorrow’s salad.
