Simple simple steak salad

Instant pot corn on the cob: place enough water to cover the bottom without touching the corn on the trivet. Season and dollop a bit of butter. Pressure 1 min and then release after 2 minutes. I had a castiron ready with some seasoning and a little butter to roll them in after. Delicious

Steak: I got a cheap set of steaks which I always find are great for salads. Hard sear 3-5 min each side. I’m still working on my searing skills.

I hard boiled some eggs and topped the salad with feta cheese and bleu cheese dressing.
