Shamrock 8K Complete!! Somehow managed to PR my 8K/5 mile race time with my injured knee!! My only goal in mind was to cross the finish line pain-free….well I was pain-free until mile 4 and slowed it down a bit for the last bit, but still managed a PR?!? So incredibly thankful for everyone out there cheering me on, S/O northendrunclub crew!!! And so thankful for my PT, Kiley, at directperformancept for helping comeback from this incredibly frustrating injury!
