Sees candy fudge
Bring 4.5 cups sugar and 1 can evaporated milk to a boil, stir for exactly 9 minutes.
The sugar mixture expands during the boil and goes immediately from a minor simmer to a dangerous boil, you need a large pot at least twice the size of the contents for safety.
Pour over a bowl that contains 8oz marshmallow fluff, 2 tbsp vanilla (or none if you forgot like us), 36oz chocolate chips, and 2 sticks of butter
You’ll need a strong hand to fold in the ingredients. Dont add the nuts until the chocolate has fully melted. We did two preparations of the fudge and just added walnuts to one.
Allow to set in the fridge in a dish lined with wax paper or butter
