Seared salmon, kale, and quinoa bowls with a paleo citrus dressing. I cannot take for this one, but the world needs to know about it because it’s insanely delicious and easy to throw together. I had to try sunbasket pre-prepped meals because school is back in session and grad school is kicking back up next week, and I want occasional easy options. The quinoa came ready to pop in the oven and the whole meal came together in about 15 minutes. I am confident that I can recreate this one! (Recipe coming soon when I do).
