RECIPE BELOW I Yes I made brownies.. again. This time the peanut butter version 🍫πŸ₯œ So for anyone still thinking vegan baking is hard here you go!

Ingredients(12 pieces):
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 bar dark chocolate (usually vegan)
1 1/2 cups raw cane sugar
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 flax eggs (2x 3 tbsp water + 1 tbsp ground flax seeds and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes)
Splash of oat milk (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp peanut butter

Method:
1. Preheat oven (180c/350f)
2. Melt vegan butter and chocolate. (I did it over boiling water but feel free to use a microwave)
3. In another bowl mix cacao powder, sugar, flour and salt.
4. Then add the flax eggs and vanilla and pour in the melted chocolate butter mixture. Maybe add more milk if needed.
5. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
6. Spread the peanut butter on top and swirl around with a fork.
7. Bake for about 30 minutes.
8. Let the brownies cool (I know it’s hard) and enjoy✨🌻
