Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut milk (or any other plant milk)
1/2 cup water
5 dates
Dash of salt
Caramel sauce:
5 dates
1/4 cup water or plant milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Toppings:
Walnuts
Banana
Method:
1. Add oats, salt, dates (I prefer to soak these for like half an hour in hot water before and I then use that water for the oats), water and plant milk to a pot.
2. Bring to a boil and then let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile blend the ingredients for the caramel sauce until smooth.
4. Top oatmeal with nuts, seeds, banana or any other topping you like.
5. Enjoy☀️🌻
