RECIPE BELOW I Mushrooms on toast. Just in case youβd want to mix it up every once in a while and decide to swap the good old avo toast for this mushroom toast ππ½π±

Ingredients (2 toasts):
2 slices sourdough bread
Olive oil
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Dash of Pepper
Dash of chilli powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method:
1. Toast the bread.
2. Fry the mushrooms with pepper, chilli, soy sauce and add water after two minutes.
3. When the mushrooms are golden brown spread them on the toast with a bit of olive oil (optional).
4. Top with parsley.
