RECIPE BELOW I I just had to try making the vegan carrot salmon. And let me tell you I’m not upset I did. It’s fairly easy to make and seriously does taste like fish indeed🌻✨

Ingredients:
3 carrots
1 cup water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 nori sheet
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
feel free to add liquid smoke ( I simply couldn’t find it anywhere🙈)
Method:
1. Bake the carrots for 45 minutes at 180c.
2. Let the carrots cool down and cut into stripes by using a peeler.
3. Add the carrots with all the other ingredients in a jar.
4. Mix well and keep in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
5. Enjoy on a bagel with vegan cream cheese! 🌈🕊☁️🌍🌱✨
