One of a few delicious things going down in my tonight! This salad is modeled after a favorite-maroulosalata- from our beloved local restaurant, stellas. (We love this place so much we literally almost renamed our rescue dog after it, if that puts things into perspective). It has romaine, feta, lemon juice, oil, dill, and scallion. Anywho, my humble salad doesn’t compare to the glory of theirs, but it does use their amazing house olive oil.
