My niece taught me the sheet pan cooking method for French toast and I love it.
I used brioche bread, 6 eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon for the French toast. Baked at 350 for about 10min each side.. I like the edges crispy.
Made some cheesy scrambled eggs, sausage, and sliced fruit.
Breakfast for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow 😅
