Meatball sandwich.. turned open face because it’s so messy
I made meatballs a few weeks ago and froze half.
1 onion, 2 zucchini, 2 yellow squash cooked down and then simmered in sauce with fresh thyme and basil. Added the frozen meatballs and once they were warmed through I added pepperoni.
