Lunches prepped for the week ✔️

Cobb salads with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, green and red onion, baby cucumbers, sugar free bacon crumbles, hard boiled egg, and the most delicious homemade buffalo ranch dressing.

Not pictured: the perfectly marinated chicken that was on the grill while I threw the salads together. And the mini avocado half, which we’ll add at lunchtime each day. (There is lunch for two here, but they didn’t all fit in the frame.)
