My husband is on a health kick and calorie counting. I’m not committed to that, but I was able to do it for this meal I made us. Came out to about 250 calories a serving for me and 500 a serving for him
2 low calorie noodle packs
360grams steamed broccoli
Kinders 0 cal Mediterranean seasoning
1/2 cup kale and white cheddar pesto
4 chicken mozzarella and artichoke sausages
I steamed the broccoli in the air fryer and seasoned them there.
