Last night’s feast. Grass-fed ground beef inside two thrivemarket grain free cassava shells and a mini taco salad. These shells get nice and crunchy, and are best after being warmed a few minutes in the oven. They don’t have much flavor, but that’s okay, because the taco filling (doused in primalpalate taco seasoning)-has plenty. Topped with some dollops of plain Greek yogurt, a little 🧀, and some guac. She’s not pretty, but dang she’s yummy!
