I’ve tinkered with SO many flourless treats during quarantine. None have been particularly worth posting. These 4-ingredient sweet potato brownies win them all! Just sweet potatoes, nut butter, cocoa, and syrup! Thanks for sharing your recipe seemeghan. I had to make some substitutions and tweaks based on what I had on hand (half cashew butter/half peanut butter instead of almond, and agave syrup instead of maple. I also baked the potatoes because I was baking stuffed peppers anyway) but DANG these hit the spot. Her recipe is linked in the comments 👇🏼
