I’ve got another for ya… this is a super simple one, but it’s refreshing! In your cocktail shaker: Ice, 2 parts vodka, 1 part lemon juice (fresh squeezed-not that bottled concentrate crap), and a generous drizzle of honey. Shake super well, strain over a glass with ice, and add a big splash of seltzer water in the glass. Swirl with a spoon to mix it all together. Get creative with the garnish! I used basil because that’s what I have at home. I also made one round for the glasses and put an extra in the cocktail shaker so we could refill as needed. 10/10 recommend. This would be great with mint too! I thought about it too late, but next time I will muddle some mint or basil in the glass or shaker. Cheers ya’ll! 🍹
