I’ve got a 30 minute dinner that will ROCK your weeknight! Here you have tsukuni, which are basically Japanese chicken teriyaki meatballs. Super easy to make, exploding with savory sticky sweet flavor, paleo/keto/whole30 options, and on the table in no time. I made mine with fodyfoods gut-friendly keto teriyaki sauce, but you can use any sauce variation that floats your boat. I also pan fried them in coconut oil because I didn’t feel like firing up the grill, and poured the sauce over them to thicken and reduce. Thank you for this incredible recipe iheartumami.ny! My only regret was not doubling the batch! (I also imagine this would be great served with rice, noodles, or shiritaki. I loved the butter lettuce though, because I could almost eat it like a taco or salad.)
