It’s pasta night, and dinner was the 💣! Here’s my simmering pot of spinach artichoke arrabbiata and meatballs. Served over palmini_pasta hearts of palm linguine. Made with raoshomemade arrabbiata, extra veggies, and paleo Italian meatballs. For reference, I boiled the palmini for about 2 minutes. It has a slight earthy flavor, but the texture is 💯 and the sauce masked it well. Everything was on the table in 30 minutes! 🍝
