It’s autumn again. I thought this potato-garlic soup would be perfect for this cold weather! ❄️

Recipe (3 servings) :
2 cups chopped potatoes
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 bulb of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups vegetable broth
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley
1.First roast the potatoes, cauliflower, celery and garlic with the olive oil in a pan. (I suppose you could also use the oven.)
2. Stir in the vegetable broth.
3. Bring to a boil and blend everything together with a hand mixer.
4. Now season the dish with nutritional yeast and the other spices!
