In the madness of life, my meal prep has taken a backseat. Among other things. 🤣 This week I’m back at it! Most importantly, I’ve used the craziness as an opportunity to practice being kind to myself at times when I am less than “perfect.” When I’ve put on a few extra pounds. When I am too exhausted to push myself through workouts I know I should be doing. I am enough. I am enough now and was enough at my fittest…but let’s be real, I’m also READY to get back into my health groove!
