I’m totally on the tuna train this week. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: cold protein salads like egg, tuna and chicken are THE perfect meal for me in terms of ease and nutritional balance. Paired this lemon dill tuna salad with lots of veggies, a lemon polarseltzer, and some simplemills almond flour crackers!
