Sousvide pork chops 135F for 1.5 hours, air fried sweet potatoes, air fried broccoli (with the pork chop bones that were sousvide)
I cut the bones off after I sousvide the pork chops because I dont care to eat around the bones. I thought it might help flavor the broccoli and it definitely did. Very happy with it. While the broccoli was cooking I browned the pork chops and added mustard and apricot jam. Delicious.
This is my husbands favorite way to eat sweet potatoes. Seasoned with all spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
