I was craving some cold coffee with a protein 🥊 this morning before my workout, so I made it happen! Recipe: 1 frozen 🍌, 1 cup cold black ☕️, 1 big scoop of vitalproteins collagen, 1 healthy drizzle of almond butter (I didn’t measure, just dipped a knife in the jar and gave it a good drizzle), 1/2 of a mini avocado (you don’t taste it, but it adds a healthy fat and makes it creamier), a 1/2 palmful of cacao nibs, and a splash of Nutpods vanilla creamer. I topped it with some leftover crushed cashews (from my Thai lettuce cups-waste not!) and a few more cacao nibs. Since I’m trying to cut way back on sugar, the only sweet thing in here is the banana. I’d add a touch of honey if you’re paleoing and want it a bit sweet.
