I smoked meat for the first time!!!
I’ve been MIA because my husband and I bought our first home- a cute little fixer upper that needed a lot of cleaning before using the kitchen. hoping to get back into cooking again.
Smoked ribs using the 3-2-1 method. I was so worried I’d over seasoned them, but they ended up being slightly under seasoned. Any seasoning recommendations are appreciated!
I did goat cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates in the air fryer and a prepackaged salad for sides.
