I love a good Caesar salad. It’s something I find myself craving often. The only problem is they are loaded with dairy and do not offer much in the way of nutrition. This shrimp Caesar salad is dairy free, gluten and grain free, and has some extra veggies. (Next time, I plan on adding some baby kale to up the nutrient factor). I used primalkitchenfoods Caesar dressing, which is whole30/paleo approved. Paired with 1/2 baked sweet potato topped with a dollop of ghee and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and you have a perfectly balanced meal! 🍤🥗🍠
