I froze a bunch of instantpot cooked pulled pork a few weeks ago and stored them in zip lock bags.

I pulled one out yesterday to thaw in the fridge overnight. Cooked up some chorizo, added the pork and a little enchilada sauce and broiled the meat. I heated the tortillas on the flat top and added cheese to one side before flipping to get a crispy cheese effect… loved it. Such a nice and lazy dinner.

Also I got low calorie tortillas, 4 are 100 calories!! Super exciting
