I don’t care that it’s Labor Day, this girl is clinging like crazy to for as long as it lasts! What better way than with mason jar salads for lunch this week? Whipped up a quick honey lime vinaigrette and put it at the bottom, then layered onion, bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, mango, grilled shrimp, minced jalapeño, and spinach on top. Just shake it up, dump it out, top with fresh avocado and chili lime seasoning, and devour! 🍤🥗🥑
