Hot cheesy omelet
Perfect breakfast for such a cold morning!
I do not know how to cook or fold an omelet, but it tasted great!
I melted butter before adding eggs mixed with one garlic clove. I put a lid on and once it cooked almost all the way through I added seasoning, cheese, and salsa. I put the lid back on until the cheese was almost all the way melted and then tried and failed to roll it.
Topped with more salsa, sourcream, and cilantro
I had to Google, both spellings for omelet/omelette are correct
