His and hers whole30 breakfast and lunch prep for the week! Just waiting for the chipotle chicken to marinate so we can grill it up and toss on the salads later.
Breakfasts: roasted sweet potato, egg, and amylufoods chicken sausage bowls. Just warm and add half a ‘cado and some hot sauce in the morning. Scrambled for Joe, soft boiled for me.
Lunches: loaded up chipotle chicken salad bowls with a yummy homemade smoky citrus dressing.
Dinners: different each night. You can find my menu in my story highlights. The only change is the incoming cold weather calls for chili, so I’ll be making that for dinner Monday night.
